When will the request reach me?

At Koudou Kaban, each bag is carefully made to order, and the creation process takes 15 to 20 days from the date your purchase is confirmed. Once your bag is ready, delivery time depends on the shipping method and delivery partner you select. We work with trusted shipping partners based in major cities, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days.

Your patience allows us to create a piece designed exclusively for you—crafted with care, delivered with confidence.

Is there a delivery outside the country?

At the moment, Koudou Kaban delivers within Morocco only. We work with trusted local shipping partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across the country.

International shipping is not yet available, but we are actively working to expand our services. Worldwide delivery will be introduced as soon as possible, allowing Koudou Kaban to reach customers beyond Morocco.

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it was agreed to return, the shipping value of the company is calculated, and the freight returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

 Koudou Kaban offers special conditions for large-quantity orders. Discounts and promotions are determined based on the quantity ordered and the selected products.
